As a coach, my vision has evolved with my growth and development. My primary goal is to cultivate young men and women into leaders, both on and off the field, through the values of temperance, patience, and confidence. While I reject the notion of winning at any cost, I embrace a winning mindset and expect the same from my athletes. Training is a pathway to achievement, not the entirety of life, and it should not overshadow personal well-being. The pursuit of victory remains a steadfast principle, recognizing that success in sports performance is intertwined with triumphs at home, in school, and in personal growth. Each sport represents a unique talent and gift that we utilize to enhance ourselves. I believe that players must actively contribute to their progress. While I provide guidance and expertise, the students themselves play a vital role in their improvement. Success requires a willingness to try and to persist.
